Saturday, MARCH 20TH 1-9PM
March 20th is the vernal (spring) equinox and the first day of spring.
Celebrate by spending a day at the Griffith Observatory in beautiful Griffith
Park. We'll start off with picnic lunches on the Observatory Mall, take in a
show at the planetarium and stargaze at the Observatory's monthly Public Star
Party. There are also plenty of hiking trails and great views of LA.
Carpools will depart at 12:00 pm from Avenue S Park & Ride, East of Hwy 14.
Planetarium admission is $7.00 for adults. Contact [5]Nick West for more

We are asking all of our members to join residents throughout the Antelope
Valley to promise to shop local whenever possible. Two new campaigns are
currently underway to help educate residents on the benefits of shopping local.

home really do make a lot of sense for our community!
